Ctrl+Up Ctrl+Down	Move selected annotation(s) up/down (While editing a text annotation, press Alt additionally.)
Ctrl+Left Ctrl+Right	Move selected annotation(s) left/right (While editing a text annotation, press Alt additionally.)
Shift+Right	Increase size of selected annotation(s) (While editing a text annotation, press Alt additionally.)
