PDF Annotator as Default PDF Application
You can set up PDF Annotator as your standard application for opening PDF documents (files with the .pdf extension).
Default PDF Application
Once you use Extras 
Settings Integration Explorer menu to activate the Set as default viewer for PDF documents option, you can open PDF files by double-clicking them in Windows.
 | Since there can only be one default application for each file extension, this setting can only be changed if you later set another application, such as Adobe® Reader, as the new default application. |
