Exporting and Importing Annotations

With the export and import features, you can transfer annotations from one document to another, for example from an older version to a revised version of the same document. Annotations will be saved in files with the .paa file extension.

Exporting all Annotations

In the Annotations Sidebar, press the Annotation List Options button and select Export All.

Exporting a Selection of Annotations

First, Select the annotations you want to export. Then, in the Annotations Sidebar, press the Annotation List Options button and select Export Selection.

Importing Annotations

In the Annotations Sidebar, press the Annotation List Options button and select Import.
