I am tax-exempt. I have already placed an order, but got charged tax. How can I get a tax refund?

As a U.S. or Canadian Business

Please contact us providing your order number and either of the following:

• your tax-exempt certificate
• your tax-exempt form, completely filled in, using the address you find under "Seller" on your invoice

As a German Business

Your invoice entitles you to deduct input tax. A refund is not possible.

As a European Union (EU) Business

Please contact us providing your order number and VAT ID.
